eBay Collection & Delivery
Need an eBay item collected? Post the transport job free on NAMNAV and compare quotes for furniture, bulky items and collection-only purchases.
Collection-only purchases
Large eBay items are often sold on a collection-only basis. A suitable van provider can be useful when the seller is too far away, the item is bulky or you do not have the right vehicle.
Confirm the seller’s requirements
Check the collection address, opening or availability times, order reference and any collection code or proof the seller requires. Give the selected provider the necessary information after you have accepted their quote.
Describe size and weight
A provider needs to know whether the item is a boxed appliance, sofa, machinery, furniture set or something else entirely. Dimensions, weight where known and photographs help them decide on vehicle and handling requirements.
Allow for waiting and restricted windows
If a seller only allows collection during a narrow time slot, state it before providers quote. The more rigid the timing, the more important it is that everyone agrees the plan in advance.
