Small Removals
Moving a few rooms, a small flat or a limited load? Post your small removal free and compare man and van quotes and feedback on NAMNAV.
A practical option for smaller moves
Not every move needs a large removals crew. If you are moving a modest amount of furniture and boxes, a suitable van and one or two people may be enough. The right setup depends on the volume, weight, access and distance.
List the large items first
Beds, wardrobes, sofas, tables, appliances and unusually heavy items have the biggest effect on vehicle choice and labour. List these clearly, then estimate boxes and bags. Photos can help a provider understand the load before quoting.
Think about access at both ends
Stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, long carries and restricted parking can add significant time. Mention them in the job description so the provider can allow for them rather than discovering them on arrival.
Avoid guessing the van size
If you are unsure whether you need an SWB, LWB or Luton, describe the load instead of forcing a vehicle choice. Providers can judge whether their own vehicle is suitable before they submit a quote.
Small removals FAQs
How do I get a small removals quote?
Post the collection and delivery details, date, item or load description and loading requirements on NAMNAV. Independent providers can then submit their own quotes.
Is posting a job on NAMNAV free?
Yes. Customers can post a job and receive quotes without a customer posting fee.
Does NAMNAV choose the driver for me?
No. NAMNAV is a marketplace. You compare the quotes and available customer feedback and decide which independent provider you want to use.
When are my contact details shared?
Your private contact details are not intended to be shown on the public job listing. Relevant contact details are shared with the selected provider after you accept a quote.
